6. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment for tour packages and services can be made through the Website's secure payment system. Prices are subject to change without notice. Melbourne Explorer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at its sole discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our customer service team.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Melbourne Explorer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; any content obtained from the Website; or unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Melbourne Explorer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
